Some cookie problem

I have a question about the number of cookie that I can set.
In the site that I'm working now I use alot of cookie, and after I set an array of cookie that have like 15 elements some of the cookies are not set anymore and if the array have less elements then all the cookie are set.
Does anyone know the problem and if you do, could you direct me on the right path?
