checkbox + image change?

Hey all, quick Q here. I have a list of names with check boxes next to them. They are in a form that is associated with a submit button that is an image. I have two images for that button, one that is faded and one that is not.

I need to have it when a user clicks on more than one check box to fade that image out and take away the submit option.. and when only one checkbox is checked, leave it alone.

Anyone know of a way to do this? Thanks!

Yes, there is a way to do it, but because it happens on the client and not the server, it's a matter not of PHP but of Javascript, for help with which see a Javascript forum.
