php scripting help for phpbb, please

I am looking for a simple php script or someone who will create one for me.

A script where when a User1 clicks a link he is taken to a web page that automatically forwards to another web page, but triggers two quick functions, before it forwards.

One function it performs is it sends a message to a Forum, moderated by User2. The second function it performs, is it sends a Private Message to User2.

Can the original link, carry code related to User2, so the triggered functions know where to send the email & private message?

Head on over to phpBB and post your question there. I know I don't have time to learn what phpBB did to their software, and then write out a function and test it, and I'm pretty sure others don't have that kind of time either. You're better off asking the phpBB developers and mods to do it for you. You'll get a 100% working code/mod and it will take less time than you writing it yourself.
