I have a html form that passes information onto a process.php form. Everything works great passing on this information to the process.php, which inturn sends the information via email, and also writes the data collected to a flat file. Works Great!
I have decided that the combo boxes I am using should be able to allow users to select more than one option. I have added the Multiple attribute to the two fields and that works fine. The field now shows all available options and allows you to select multiple selections.

Once I have made these changes and test the multiple selections out. Only the first selected index is submitted and processed.
[[ My Goal ]]
Allow people to choose multiple selections from my picklist and have my php form process it and email and write that data to a flat file.

I just don't know what else to look at which is why I turned to you experts. Very limited php knowledge, but very capable.
I searched the forum for other instances of this type of problem,
