Hi there.
I am a finail year student and i have decided to build a control system on an embedded microcontroller (DIL/NetPC), the embedded controller has 2MBs of FLASH ROM and 8MBs of RAM. The 2MBs of FLASH are used for the storgage of the file system, kernel and apps, there is about 1MB of space left. I am using the webserver thttpd, and i want to install PHP5 and trim it down (by taking unnessecary libaries) to under 1MB.
Is this possible, are there any documents to show how to remove unused modules, libaries etc
If anyone can help, pls let me know asap as this is has to be handed in soon
