Help using Implode.

Ok I got a file. It is attached to this post.

What I wanna do is implode this file so I can get the team name from the 2nd line.

All files are the same and all team names are on the 2nd line for all the .txt files that will be submitted. The file is submitted from a form. the ID for the file would be $form_data I have tried this and cant get it to work any ideas ?

try and see if this will help at all.

$lines = file($_FILES['form_data']['tmp_name']);

echo $lines[1]; //should be team name
