Don't you have when you can not remember the name of a PHP function? Right now I am trying to remember which PHP functions takes a string and displays it like the php tags on this forum do to make the string look like this

<?php

  echo "Hello World";

?>

I hope you can all understand what I am saying. If anyone knows the name of this function please tell me and I am going to continue looking for it.

no function built into php to exactly that, though you could make your own using something like. [man]preg_replace[/man]

Seems most definite, and their alias [man]show_source[/man].

As for remembering the names of functions, that's what PHP.net is for and their cute lil' context sensitive sidebars; the search function takes whatever mangled mispelled approximation I give it and gets me close ...
