Unlink Error

This is the error I get...

Warning: unlink(files/10.doc) [function.unlink]: No such file or directory in d:\Server\Apache\htdocs\working\clean.php on line 24
Warning: unlink(files/11.doc) [function.unlink]: No such file or directory in d:\Server\Apache\htdocs\working\clean.php on line 24

The directory and file, both exist, but couldnt find out where is the problem. Can you help, please?

EDIT: Never mind, I solved it by myself. Just had to use the full path.

Now, can you tell me how can I not use the full parh?

Your best to use the full path. Can we see some code? Where is the file from where the script trying to remove it is? is it in a subdirectory, same directory?

Sorry for being so late to reply, I had some problem with my internet connection. I'm actually trying to remove files from another directory.

Here is the code:

$res = mysql_query("SELECT id FROM documents WHERE active = 'no'");
while ($row = mysql_fetch_array($res)) {
$id = $row[0];
mysql_query("DELETE FROM documents WHERE id = $id");
unlink("documentdir/$id.doc");
}

Any idea?
