Form stopped working

Hi all

The email form worked fine at one point, but after a PC format and reinstall, I cant for the life of my get it to work again. The process seems to work fine, tells me it’s sent the email etc and I get no parse errors. However I never get the email I’m sending from the form... Im using outlook for this, not great I know

Any ideas?

When does it tell you the mail was sent?

If you're having problems with code, it makes no sense to use "@" to squelch error messages. The mail function returns false if it fails, so the logical start would removing "@" to see if you get an error message.

I had a similiar problem a while back.

What was the error you ask?

My damn mail server. Before you kill yourself try using this script with a different email address.

Also try:

$stripped_msgbody=stripslashes($msgbody);

mail("xxxxxxxx@.com", "my web add: Contact Us Form", $stripped_msgbody, "From: $email");

Thanks for your help ppl.

Tried what you both said but nothing, still not sending email. I removed the @ but it never generated any errors.

Like I say the script worked fine, until I removed and reinstalled everything. I know php is working, but I can get it to send an email....
