fail to install php (php-5.0.4-Win32.zip)

on a win xp platform.
i downloaded that file from "www.php.net/downloads.php", and when i double click the file i get the following:
[IMG]d:\php\zip.jpg[/IMG]
it stucks and i need ctrl_alt_del" to free my computer.
any idea or link how to install it ?

Have you tried to install PHP through the control panel?

try to uninstall the older PHP and run a regclean program. reboot you cpu and try install PHP5 again.
