Without getting into the "why's", is anyone here aware of any career-enhancing PHP certifications other than those run by Zend?
Brainbench has one for PHP4, but I don't know how common/valid the "certificate" is. I think Zend's is the most well-known.
brainbench are pretty much worthless, IMHO.
I've gotten bb certs in things which I know I am a bit of a newbie at. I don't really trust them.
