Converting A Week Number in to a timestamp

Has anyone got any ideas how i turn a week number that is generated from date("W") back into a valid timestamp?

[man]strtotime[/man] could do it. the timestamp will just contain the default values for the current time, year, month etc but it will be valid.

i've got a year number as well, and i would like to return a timestamp for the start of that week.

i'm trying things like strtotime("year 2005 week 3") but it's not doing what i'd hoped.

have you any idea what string i need to pass strtotime for it to parse it?

that url tells you the available formats but i dont see anything about week numbers on there.
maybe you will have to somehow hang onto the original timestamp you use for getting the week number. unless its various ones from a long time ago.
