Secure and Insecure Items

I have built a page that is accessed via a secure layer [url]HTTPS://...[/url]

Despite my efforts to ensure that all images and includes are under that environment I still get a warning message in IE:

This page contains both secure and nonsecure items...

I wonder if there's a way or some sort of utility to locate these "nonsecure items" on my page to speedup debugging process?

I think it all comes from my menu. Could it be caused by links to "nonsecure" pages?

check javascript files, css, images, flashplugins, anythign that references a URL.
