Any that are out there are almost certainly going to require some other image library (which your host probably doesn't have).
You might be lucky, but I haven't seen one and I doubt that any exist that will do what you want. Image manipulation is not something that PHP is a good choice of language to write for. That's why it uses GD Lib, after all.
