[Resolved] How to select files from server filesystem

I need to implement a way to select a file from the servers filesystem (browse the server filesystem and select one file)

Is there a way to realize this with php or is it possible to do this with the html multipart form type?

Certainly it's possible with PHP. It has plenty of [man]filesystem[/man] functions.
