i need help in rounding fn.

i want to know the function that will round up to two decimal points.
for example:
3.2687
i want it just : 3.27

If al lyou want is to round up, you could use:

$value = ceil($value*100) / 100 ;

You can just use this:

echo round(3.2687, 2);

...round up...two decimal points.

number_format(ceil($value * 100) / 100, 2)

3.2687 = 3.27
3.2337 = 3.24
3.6 = 3.60
3.3 = 3.30

Maybe English isn't your first language, so I don't mean to be critical. Try to be precise in your questions. For instance, "round up" means always go to the next higher number (3.673 -> 3.68) just as "round down" means go to the next lower (3.677 -> 3.67). Of course, just plain "round" means go to the closest number (3.673 -> 3.67, 3.677 -> 3.68). And when you said "to two decimal points", I think one could infer that you meant you want your result to always display two digits after the decimal point.
