Maybe English isn't your first language, so I don't mean to be critical. Try to be precise in your questions. For instance, "round up" means always go to the next higher number (3.673 -> 3.68) just as "round down" means go to the next lower (3.677 -> 3.67). Of course, just plain "round" means go to the closest number (3.673 -> 3.67, 3.677 -> 3.68). And when you said "to two decimal points", I think one could infer that you meant you want your result to always display two digits after the decimal point.
