form generator / builder project

Hey all, I'm a PHP programmer and I'm looking for an active opensource
solution to web based form generation. I need the project to be quite
sophisticated, features including file uploads / fckeditor intergration (i
don't mind if i have to intergrate this myself) / intelligent form
validation - preferabley PHP based and good form execution functionality.

I've just spent the best part of the evening googleing for one - but found
no decent sized / mature projects. Im just trying to avoid having to write
my own!

If anyone knows of a project which might be of interest please let me know.

not accactly sure if this is what you meen but there are quite a few form generation / validation classes available over at http://phpclasses.org

Yeh, I had a look through most of them last night, there are bits and bobs there but not a mature project with the desired features. If I do end up developing my own I will definatley use to pieces from there.
