how to generate from php to html

how can i generate a php generated to html??

examle

i have my php executed
first.php?name=hello its me

and inside is this code
echo "hi, this is my world<br>";
echo $_GET['name'];

so when generated in html

it should look like
hi,this is my world <br>
hello its me

in additional for this im using smarty for the templates. so basically what i want is this

php - making a final result from template using smarty( working done)

from that point the generated from browser should be also saved as html automatically

Oh... But that is a whole different ball-game!

I think you might want to look at output buffering (Never used it myself, so not sure).

Or you could store all the created output in a varriable yourself, and just open a file, and write the generated variable to the file. (That is how I do it)
