trying to submit a form but i keep on getting this with one set of variables...

The precondition on the request for the URL /admin/editpf_b.php evaluated to false.

Haven't got a clue what you're talking about.
when i click to submit the form it thinks about it for a while before loading the php form action(editpf_b.php ), but it fails and gives the error;
