I have been writing a real estate agency program and its coming on well
but taking longer than I thought.
Also I think I am just re-inventing the wheel as I guess like BB scripts there are probably good free ones already writen in php and using mysql ?
Can anyone recommend one.?
I can then continue learning while adapting it to my purposes.
Where should I look to find one ??

PHPBB is one that comes to mind however you probably will want to try and tighten security in it.
However looking at http://hotscripts.com http://sourceforge.net and searching here you will find some.
PunBB is one of my favourites.
It is very well coded.
Development is not all finished, like phpBB,
but has come a good way.

Makes 475 visitors online.
Say 50% has english as FOREIGN language
Makes 237.
That is a very big group of people, not knowing all difficult english words and expression.
I try to use as plain english as possible. I want to be user friendly.
