Load the contents of a text file to form field

I want to be able to load the contents of a text file into a couple different form fields. So like title and body would be two different input fields. The script would somehow seperate the title and the body in the text file so it can be redistributed to each input field when I go to edit it. Then be able to change it and then hit the submit button to overwrite the old contents with the new contents.

How do you differentiate between the different sections on the file? Are there specific markers or anything?

You could use a

[URL=http://]regular espression[/URL] for complex situations, or use strmatching to find a location, and use substr to get substrings. Or you could use explode() to get subsections.

All depends on the formatting of your file / identifiation strings etc.

I use strtok to get the different sections in the file. Like this:

$first_token = strtok($contents, '=');
$second_token = strtok('=');

But How can I print contents of a text file into two different form fields. That I be able to edit my contents on my website.

Ok, so the problem is not retrieving the actual sections, but getting them in a form element?

Assuming you are using textareas..
