Ad Management -General Info Needed

Hey All-

I am looking for something that I can place banner ads, rotate them and keep statistics with. Anyone have any ideas of a good system. I would pefer something free because our site does not generate any money yet. I was looking into phpadsnew 2.0.4, but I cannot seem to find install instructions. Thanks in advance. Moderators please advise if I've posted this in the wrong forum.

thanks. I was able to download the pdf, but when I clicked the link to the site, it just shows, "page cannot be displayed." I wonder why thats happening.
