Well, I am currently working on my PHPBB forums, version 2.0.13. Anyways, my problem is that when the user goes to post a new thread on posting.php and it says, "Your message has been entered successfully" the link below it says, "Click Here to view your message". Well, click on the "here" brings you to the right page of viewtopic.php but the URL variables are not what they should be. They are currently, "?p=27#27" or whatever the thread ID is. Now if you click on that link nothing will show up on that page. However, on the forum page, when I click on the link with the URL variables of, "?t=21" or whatever the thread ID is. I can not figure out why, plus the code is too confusing for me to figure out where it is screwing up the URL.
Trying to Edit my PHPBB Forum
Wouldnt this be better over at the PHPBB Forum?
They have a PHPBB forum?
I wonder what software they use...
Um... PHP. Hence the reason I am posting here.
php isn't software, its a programming language for making software. the software you are attempting to modify is phpBB, i would think you would get a much better response on there forums where people with experience in modifying said software would hang.
personally, ive never layed an eye on any of the phpBB code.
After 350+ posts surely that indicates the knowledge of more than a noob. Yet we have been proven wrong here.
Classic
BTW, I would upgrade your phpBB, there are more secure versions out.

Your usertitle is misleading and as stated before PHP is a programming language. I feel this is a case of someone not caring and wanting someone else to do it. Seriously though
