Cannot instantiate non-existent class: - possible reasons???

Hello!

Can anyone please tell me possible reasons for this error -

"Cannot instantiate non-existent class: privatemessage(*class name) "

Also let me know if there is any site which talks about just php errors or any list published on web.

Help would be appritiated!
