Do you really think you are going to get a serieus answer on a question like that?
Either make a more concrete question, or search the web.
1) "a page kinda like 1up.com" doesn't tell us anything
2) We do not know what sort of website you are building. databasedriven? or..?
3) A template? For what? Layout? Navigation? Database queries? ..?
