I have tried to monitor a file upload progress of a file uploaded thru a form.Is there a way to do this .. without changing the server configuration ..... or atleast with least change

I think I have seen this somewhere. A 0-100 % bar displayed. Do not remember if it was Java. Keep searching for an answer. This one sounds like possible to solve. PHP can probably not do it. As forms are handled by HTML.
