Hi peeps,

please could you just take a quick look at this form on my site. (source snoop) www.thedesignlounge.co.uk/submissionform.htm as I have created it for a PHP mailto form, but its just not working right. My friend helped me start it, but now i am at a lost. Possibly my buttons etc.

The PHP code is as follows (possibly this could be wrong)

Hi, and thanks for the reply,

Basically my form just isn't working. I think that it maybe in the html of www.thedesignlounge.co.uk where the buttons are placed. as I i have used my own images instead of the standard buttons.

and the other fields seem to be ok. Another thing that I have noticed is that locally the form seems to work, while online, it seems inactive. (Yes my server does support php)

I could be totally wrong, as you can probably tell I am new to this, so please bare with me.

If anyone can point in the right direction where I can get a form template/ Tutorial similar to mine?
