PHP code

I am a newbie to php. I have created a student table. The studentid is assigned to them in the form of S1, S2 etc.( The php coding for this has been successfully done).
The student form includes user name and password. I now need help in coming out with a php source code so that the system prints out the following when the student presses the student form submit button.

Your studentid is " "
Your user name is " "
Your password is " "

No problems in database connection. I would sincerely welcome some sample php code on this matter. Thanks

in upper right corner, you will find 'search '
this means you do search this forum for past topics
I do not know if you are familiar with how to 'search a forum' ?

I guess you would come up with several 100-reds of different forms examples
by doing a search for Topics that contains keyword 'form'
or Posts that contains keywords '$username'
and how to get those values and print it to a user
