Session problems in Mozila and Firefox

This problem occurs in Mozilla and Firefox.
I have a Firefox window open with session id.
Now I open a second Firefox window, this second
window is opened with the same session id of the
first Firefox window instead of opening it with a new session id.
It happens with seperate windows not only seperate tabs.

and as for your problem, im afraid there is'nt a great deal you can do. as far as im aware, that is how browsers work.

These problem does not occur in IE.
I was told it might have to do with
cookied sessions.

The problem is that 2 different Firefox windows are
open with the same session id. For example if on the first window
of Firefox I'm logged in to the website then opening a second window
of Firefox I will be automatically logged in. It doesn't happen in
IE.

Like thorpe said. That's how it works. Firefox doesn't start an entire new instance of the Firefox browser every time you start Firefox because that would be a waste of resources.
