Help with a membersystem

Hello! Me and my friend are building a website. And we want to have a memberpart of the website. But noone of us know how to code in PHP or ASP.

So I wonder if someone on this forum can do the coding for us, and we will give u somethong for the job.

I have designed a couple of member / user systems.
With login and protection of 'members only' area / pages.

I am open for give advice, if you are willing to tell what:
- your system should be like
- what security demands will you have
- what size, how many members would you be able to handle
- what environment, webServer, OS-system will website be under
- any other feature or demand you want your system to have

If you start writing down some list of such points,
we might be ablr'e to give directions, how to start
and we will try to solve any programming issues along the way,
if you show us your scripts/functions here
and tell us what trouble is.

This is how I do it.
Setup a simple working structure, as a foundation.
From there I can add features, layout templates and add-ons.

I have 2 public demo applications. Simple, but until today proven to be secure
and impossible to force or crack.

1. Secure page protection system with login authorisation
2. Personal Message Inbox weblogin. With multi language feature.

The members in the system will be able to write messanges, have an own page and take part in competitions. In thoose competitions you will get points for adding links, onlinegames, movies, guides, recruit members etc. to the website.
Security demands?
It will be able to handle at least 10,000 members...
The OS is Linux

Mastondont job.
I suggest you use some free php open source application
with admin and CMS editor possibilities.
There are a large number of possible downloads.
Most know is possibly Mambo CMS
(CMS = Contents Management Systems, for websites, webportals)
