Alright, so far we've learnt that too much caffeine can make you not hear certain sounds so well, maybe thats why rap is popular, all that coca cola people drink :bemused:
I know that having odd sleeping patterns gives you annoying "tension headaches", for those that don't know they are odd, light pressing sensations normally on the side of your head.
Eye strain, well theres a thousand different techniques to fix that. Best to look 6 metres away every so often, thats hard to do in my bah 5x5 metre room, if I'm lucky.
What about staying up all night, 24 to 36 hours straight. I heard that doing 12 months of night shift work takes like 5 years off your life 😕
What about the gamers nub, look at your right wrist... see the hard attractive lump... of course some people use those gel mouse pads :queasy:
There's always the "constant sitting and snacking" factor... not so great for the overall look. Also comes with that healthy looking white "I sit in front of a nuclear reactor all day" look.
