Needing a Login & Register Script

I'm trying to make a Login page, and a Register page. I don't have room on my HD to download anything... All help appreciated.
If you could give me some tutorials on this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I have one called Search.

This type of thread has come up quite a lot, so please search in future. There are also a tonne of tutorials with a simple google.
