This is regarding a webserver in which semaphores were used for locking.
For some reason the server went down but the semaphores didn't get unlocked.
Is there any procedure to unlock the semaphores without restarting the system?
"The system semaphores have not got released, when the web servers are stopped and all the resources are used up...caused the web server not to start".
So plz let me know the solution , if u have any?[/FONT]
