[Resolved] pls help on get a date in "2 June 2005" format ?

hi,
pls tell me how to get a date as "2 June 2005" from a timestamp..
i used

strftime("%e %B %Y",$stamp)

it returns "June 2005"
i replaced %e with %d it works an returns
"02 June 2005"

php manual says,

%e - day of the month as a decimal number, a single digit is preceded by a space (range ' 1' to '31')

what is will i do? pls help...

Not sure what is the problem, but you could use [man]date/man instead, e.g. date("j F Y", $stamp)

%e doesnt work well on windows; but you can use the date() function as well
