I am currently learning php and saw this site:

i have a few questions, how was the layout done? was it using frames? and how can the same header,footer and side menu appear on every page of the website and only the data in the middle changes?
Please answers these questions as they have puzzled me a lot, or you can add me on msn messenger :

that site in particular looks like it is done with frames. you could however have a header / footer / sidenav stay the same on each page by using the [man]include/man function to include them into another page.
