Help Building a Database

I need help creating a (database, member registration/log-ins) for my site. We have a SQL database on our server. What should this cost to have someone set this up?

Being serious now firstly read the FAQs I wouldnt classify this as a job advert yet but if you do plan on getting someone to do it just dont do it here. Anyway enough of that since no one knows exactly what would be required its tough to estimate. For all I know my outrageous range could be right 😉
