Hi,
Need to know if we can insert data stored on mysql into a preexisting pdf form using php?
If so how can it be done or if there are any resources that are availble on the web giving directions on it.
Any help is appriciated.

Not used it, but I've seen others link to it around here.
There's also a chapter on it in the awful Luke and Laura Welling Php and MySQL Web Development book with token replacement, but I'd only recommend that book to a pyromaniac in need of a snack.
And there's pdflib, which you have to licence http://uk.php.net/manual/en/ref.pdf.php
