Does anyone have any recommendations for php-based (I'm open to perl too) applications for managing customers, projects for those customers, and invoice generation for those projects? I'm not looking for CRM, I just need a time-based billing app and I want one that's web-based.
I'd prefer it not be too confusing and relatively easy to install. Any ideas?
I have looked through sourceforge and freshmeat but have found nothing that's captured my attentioned.
