I am working on a moblog software right now that will accept in video and pictures sent from cell phones...I am stumped on how I can generate a thumbnail from the 3g2 movie that is uploaded to my server. I know it can be done, as Verizon Wireless has it implemented on their servers...just not sure what I would need to do to implement it on my server...
Any ideas??

I'm in the same boat. I'm researching ways to hand 3g2 format. I'm trying to download it from a mail box using imap functions.
