Thats why I suggested a search here (forums), lots of users ask for tutorials and most dont search you would be surprised there are tons of links to tutorials here in the forums.

This is one of the first links I saw when I first learned PHP as well. Whoever wrote those articles for six months last year sure knows what they're talking about! Great read as well.
