Uploading Images/Inserting Filename

Hi, I'm new to PHPBuilder and I am hoping someone can help me out.

I have been looking for a solution where I can upload an image and insert a filename into a VARCHAR MySQL field.

I have looked around but any solution I have tried just doesn't work. If someone can point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

[man]features.file-upload[/man] has very good examples on handling file uploads and [man]mysql[/man] will teach you how to use a mysql database with php.
