When you right click on the desktop and go onto display properties, it takes a white to load then when you change an option, it takes a while to reload.
Does that makes sense?
What can I do to stop this from happerning?
perfmon might help ... see if you can tell what's eating your resources.
Not to mention, make sure the box is clean . . . .
