FDF and Images - Urgent

Hi

I have spent the last two days trying to find out if I can insert an image into a FDF file to open a PDF document.

Can anyone tell me if this can be done? and point me in the right direction to do it?

I have the image filename in a db, and the image on the server.

I call a page to create an FDF file which takes info from a db to import into a PDF's form fields.

One of the form fields is signature, this is where I want the image to be inserted.

I would be really grateful if someone can let me know if this is possible!!
