File Transfer Program produces "No input file specified"

I want to do some webpage design while in work, unfortunatly they block ftp transfers so I need an alternate method of uploading files.
I do however have full access to the host account.

I have tried some of the programs here that act as online ftp programs but I keep getting the error message - "No input file specified" when I try to use it.

As the same message was produced by two different programs I am assuming that the fault is elsewhere, what am I doing wrong?

Not sure what the error is - other than it doesnt seem to be finding the local file its supposed to be uploading.

thats what I though initially aswell but i get the same message if I try to create a folder using the program

Is this via Cpanel?

na, i can create folders fine with the cpanel, the php program I was testing had several options, including uploading files and creating new folders.

Both of these operations result in the error message
