Building my first MYSQL database? :)

Hi, just want to ask for any suggestions...
I'm currently using MYSQL 4.1 under PHP 4.3 with APACHE server 2.0.5
on windows 2000...

I'm looking for any basic tutorial, for my first MYSQL basic database lesson..
that will give me lessons on from building a basic database from scratch to finish...?
any basic mysql database samples are very appreciated...

I hope there are people that are willing to give ideas on me...
