Help with Uploading .PHP to Server

I am helping a friend put together a photography website and I found this image viewer at http://www.airtightinteractive.com/simpleviewer/. I have been working on getting this on the site and after hours of this, I keep getting "Page Cannot be Displayed". I don't know if I need to set something up on the webserver, which is ipowerweb.com, which says that it has php enabled or if I'm forgetting something about the script, but I know I have followed the tutorial to a "T".

This just frustrates me because I am familiar with web applications, but cannot figure out scripts and php.

Could someone please assist me in this. Ugh!

Put a file on your webserver which only contains the phpinfo:

<?php
  phpinfo()
?>

When you address this file directly by

http://www.example.com/phpinfo.php

and you get the same message, the server does not want you to execute php-files or just does not have PHP.
