[RESOLVED] Image Roll Over (loop) question

I know I cannot do this in php, according everything I read on the forums. I guess I have to use java. I want to roll over some jpg images in a loop instead of making animated gif's which destroy the quality of the jpg.

Could someone post some links to some good Java resources. I know I'll have to use these links for some other things too.

I would appreciate that.
