Oops sorry! Ok, it goes like this...
Everytime someone clicks and advert on my page, it will log it.
e.g.
Date: 1/1/05
Keyword: Dog
Position: 4 (i.e. they clicked the 4th advert down in the list)
Date: 1/1/05
Keyword: Dog
Position: 7
Date: 1/2/05
Keyword: cat
Position: 4
Date: 1/2/05
Keyword: dog
Position: 4
The Position field stores a number (from 1 to 10) of the advert being clicked.
What I want is to get a summary for each days logs. I need to find out The total position counts for each day broken down by keyword.
e.g. if on 1/1/05 for dogs there were 10 clicks on position 1 and 4 for position 2, the output would be as follows:
Date Keyword Position1, Position2...10
1/1/05 dogs 10 4
Does that make sense?
I figure I need to do something like this... Group by Date, Group by keyword, Position1=Count of Position where Position=1 etc
