How to find programmers in Philadelphia

I am wondering if there is a way to get in touch with PHP programmers in the Philadelphia area. I saw the list that divides phpbuilder members into countries, but it doesn't have anything more specific.

Perhaps if you're nice enough, the PHP staff here will give you a SQL dump of their DB and you can perform your own SQL queries on it.

The best thing I'd do is do research on Google for different PHP user groups. For example, I live one county north of Broward county (close to Miami-Dade) and there is a Broward PHP user's group which I've joined. Perhaps a search for "php +philadelphia" might be in order.
