You have several choices:
1) partner with a site to obtain the code to insert into your web pages
2) scrape the content off the page
3) use rss/xml feed made available by a site
Scraping content is usually a copyright infringement and not recommended.
Go to bankrate.com and maybe you can find a XML/RSS feed.
